- Glenkinchie Distillery, Pencaitland

Traditional ceilidh featuring the Haddington Pipe Band with Scottish music provided by 'The Andrew Warren Band'. A light supper will be provided.

Burns' Tours
- Haddington
- 2.00pm, 4.00pm & 6.30pm

This event takes place on Saturday 5 April and Sunday 6 April as below

Tours will last approx 40 mins and will start with a visit to the monument just outside Haddington. You will then visit the site of the 'BURNS' family cottage, newly made available to the public, the family well where the family drew its water supply and the final stop will be the churchyard at Bolton where Robert Burns mother 'Agnes Broun', her brother and other family members are buried. The grave site will feature the newly restored railings which were removed for the World War 2 effort and forgotten about. Transport will be provided, depending on demand, leaving from the centre of Haddington.

Tartan Trails - Walk 1
- Haddington to Athelstaneford
- 1.15pm

Countryside Ranger led walk from Haddington to Athelstaneford Flag Heritage Centre. Duration of walk - 1hr 30 mins. Meet at John Muir House Car Park at the rear of the public toilets on Neilson Park Road, Haddington at 1.15 pm. Car sharing and use of public transport to the start of each walk is encouraged. Transport back to each start point will be provided.

Countryside Ranger led walk from East Linton to Athelstaneford Flag Heritage Centre. Duration of walk - 2 hrs. Meet at East Linton library at 12.45 pm. Car sharing and use of public transport to the start of each walk is encouraged. Transport back to each start point will be provided.

- Drem to Athelstaneford Flag Heritage Centre - 1.45pm

Countryside Ranger led walk from Drem to Athelstaneford Flag Heritage Centre. Duration of walk - 1 hr. Meet at Drem station car park at 1.45 pm. Car sharing and use of public transport to the start of each walk is encouraged. Transport back to each start point will be provided.

After the 3 walks, there will be a short recital to commemorate the significance of the 6th April along with the unveiling of a new saltire flag followed by refreshments for all walkers at the village hall.
